Interior Building Services
Recurring janitorial for offices, retail, and light-industrial space: daily service, washroom and common-area programs, and scheduled periodic work. Crews work to site-specific specifications with a supervisor on-site, not managed from a distance.

Exterior & Grounds Maintenance
Exterior presentation and grounds upkeep for commercial properties, including litter and debris control, hard-surface care, entrances and perimeters. Structured as recurring service calendars with documented completion, so site condition never depends on someone remembering.

Seasonal & Project Work
Turnover cleans, post-construction detail work, seasonal transitions, and short-notice support between recurring visits. This work is scoped per engagement, so mobilization is matched to the site rather than a fixed package.

How we operate
Canada Covenant is an owner-operated commercial building services company based in Mississauga, Ontario. The owner is in the field, knows every site, and answers for every visit. When you call, you reach the person accountable for the work, not a dispatch queue.
We are built to work under contract. That means holding to site specifications, keeping documentation current, showing up on the schedule agreed, and flagging problems before they become escalations. Compliance paperwork such as WSIB clearance and proof of insurance is available the day you ask for it.
A crew of ten with direct supervision keeps us small enough to be accountable and large enough to cover recurring service across multiple sites. If a scope fits how we work, we will say so. If it doesn't, we will say that too.
